PUBLIC Drinks is an informal public forum to discuss the city, its future and its pasts. Once a month, PUBLIC kitchen + bar invites a leader of St. Paul to join the public in the lounge with a topic that they’re interested in. There are no powerpoints, no speeches, no podiums—just engaged citizens having a few drinks with people in the know.

The first guest is the current Mayor of Saint Paul, Chris Coleman. The topic or theme or question for the evening is forthcoming.
