The Lowertown Blues Festival is a cooperative effort by the Minnesota Blues Society and the Lowertown Blues Festival Committee with support from the City of St. Paul.

It is a FREE festival for all ages, with a lot of support from our sponsors below.

The Mission of this Festival is to bring awareness of St Paul & St Paul Lowertown’s redevelopment, and showcase the vitality and beauty of Lowertown with music & the arts.
